March 2-9, 2022 HAWAII!!!
As my birthday gift this year, Ray surprised me with a trip to Disney's Aulani Resort in Hawaii. I don't think I've relaxed this much EVER!!!!
Our room was on the 14th floor, so we had beautiful views of the mountainsides and sunsets...
...and of a very curious scene--from a distance, it looked like the Loch Ness Monster had followed us here!

During our drive today, we saw a paraglider in the Waimanolo area that looked like he didn't have the best control in the air.
Turns out we were correct!
And shaved ice--I got cherry & vanilla WITH SWEETENED CONDENSED CREAM poured over the top!
Even sunsets from inside are gorgeous--Ray enjoying the sunset!
The inner courtyard of the resort had a lazy river to float upon and lots of Koi.
