Wednesday, June 10--Movie Day

Surprise, surprise—the weather was wrong! It was supposed to be raining all day today, so we postponed our trip to Portsmouth until tomorrow and did our errands today. And then there wasn’t a single drop of rain to be seen. Oh well.

Breakfast at the Wagon Works again then off to do laundry. Then shopping at Swan Centre—bought yet another suitcase. We seem to be going through them like crazy!

Then a movie. Oh, cool thing—you can book your movie tickets online, which we can do at home, too, but here you can also pick your seats! And you can choose Superior Leather seats for a bit more. They were very comfortable. Really enjoyed the movie. I LOVE Emma Thompson and can’t think of a single thing she has ever been in that I didn’t like. (Thanks to Margaret's question, I should at least say the name of the movie--"Last Chance Harvey." Very simple, easy-going film with good writing.)

After dinner, we went back to The Harvester and had our same waiter, Paul, who was so nice and welcoming to us. Good food again.

Tomorrow—Portsmouth, rain or not. No pictures today as we didn’t do anything picture-worthy! And I doubt if there will be anything to add to today as Ray is over here snoring loudly. : )
