Checked out of the Mark Hopkins and headed for San Leandro in rental car. Stopped at WalMart to get a few things then to Denny’s for breakfast. When we arrived at the San Leandro Marina Inn, our room was ready and Georgina upgraded us to a larger room with a view!! Our balcony looks out on the marina and is very nice. Room is large and cozy and there’s free internet, so we are happy.
Christy, Steve, and Meredith joined us for lunch at Horatio’s next door. Then we went back to their house in San Leandro to see the house and to meet Koa, their dog. Meredith was so sweet, smiling at me and making my day. Visited for a little while then back to the hotel to watch the golden Globe Awards.
