Loved the music and dancing. Loved meeting all their new friends and catching up with the old ones. The weather was perfect and the whole weekend was great.
The wedding was held at the vintage Georgia Theatre, up on the rooftop at sunset. Out front on the marquee, we were greeted with the words" Welcome to the McLendon-Fincher Wedding." The ceremony included drinking from the Scottish quaich I got them and the vows were so touching. Coincidentally, just as they exchanged rings, church bells began ringing in the distance. They are such a sweet couple and it was wonderful to be part of their celebration.
So good to see Laura, Andy, and Lincoln, who was a Junior Groomsman, too. Laura is so beautifully 17 weeks pregnant with a little boy, we think.
The formal photos won't be in for awhile, but I thought I'd post some from my camera. These are only of the girl's part of the preparations as that's where I was, and there are none from the ceremony because the professional photographer was taking those. So here we go:
