It’s been another week of driving down to Atlanta, getting more from the storage building, and driving back. This time, we added in getting the Mustang and I drove it back. The drive here through the mountains is so pretty. I love the way the Smokies appear in the fog with the many layers of differently shaded mountaintops.
So we had emptied the garage here abut now it is full again. Another week of unpacking box by box. I have to admit it’s kind of like Christmas though. Opening a box not knowing what’s inside and finding something I really like.
Still haven’t seen the big black bear. Did see my sister and Katie and Russ and Otis—and it was very good to do so.
Did I mention that there are 36 stairs total from the front door to the bedroom? So in the process of unpacking, I am also getting in shape! Had a fun day today of imagineering the living room with Ray. Will post pictures of the new place when a room actually gets finished. Looking forward to that and to having a few “boring” days—days with nothing to do.
